The PODERM® HALLUX VALGUS – ONION PROTECTION perfectly fits the shape of the foot and forms a protection at the level of the hallux valgus deformation zone (1st metatarsophalangeal joint, commonly called “Onion”). It immediately relieves pain, limits friction, distributes pressure and absorbs micro-shocks of the foot.

AIFORM PODERM® fabric is specifically designed to allow the skin to breathe, wick away perspiration and allow the natural ingredients of PODERM Gel to pass through. Its polyester fibers are both flexible and resistant to adapt to all types of flexible shoes.
The inner pad in concentrated ARNICA PODERM® Patented Gel provides immediate comfort to soothe, soften and repair the conflict area. It prevents and promotes the disappearance of calluses and hard skin.
What is BUNION? Hallux valgus, also commonly called a “bunion,” is the most common pathology of the forefoot. It is a deformation of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe. Hallux valgus can be very painful, both at the joint and at the skin level.

Application :

The PODERM® HALLUX VALGUS – BUNION PROTECTION is worn directly against the skin, on either the right or left foot (turn the orthosis over). The protection fits all types of flexible shoes.

The product is reusable. Hand wash the product with warm water and let it dry. Do not use more than 16 hours a day. Do not apply to an open wound. Diabetics and people with blood circulation problems should seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
